NRG dominates Team Liquid in Upper Bracket Final
The upper bracket final of the PGL Masters Bucharest 2026 North America Closed Qualifier featured a highly anticipated clash between two of the region's top contenders. NRG proved too strong for Team Liquid, winning the series 2-0 and securing the first spot in the Grand Final.
On Ancient, NRG established early dominance, racing to a 9-3 lead. Although Team Liquid managed to close the gap to 11-10 by the end of the first half, crucial clutches from NRG allowed them to take the map 13-10. hallzerk was the standout performer for NRG, leading both sides with a 1.52 rating and 21 kills on Ancient.

Voca eliminates Without a Roof in Lower Bracket
In the lower bracket final, Voca secured a 2-0 victory over Without a Roof to keep their qualification hopes alive. The series was characterized by strong starts from Voca and resilient efforts from Without a Roof.
On Mirage, Voca took control early, building a 7-1 lead after winning both pistols and conversions. Although Without a Roof attempted a comeback, Voca maintained an 8-4 advantage at halftime and eventually closed the map 13-8. dare led the way for Voca with 20 kills.
The second map, Nuke, proved to be a much tighter affair. Without a Roof held a 7-5 lead at the end of the first half, but Voca responded with a 4-1 run to take the lead.
