JenZi Halts KT's Four-Game Winning Streak with a 2-0 Victory
JenZi ended KT Rolster's four-game winning streak with a convincing 2-0 victory in Round 3 of the LCK. The match took place on August 7 at the Grand Seoul Arena in Jongno, where JenZi solidified their lead through bottom lane dominance and active control of key objectives.
The win propelled JenZi to a new position in the standings: with 16 wins and 6 losses (+18 points), they climbed from fourth place to second. For KT Rolster, this marked their first loss after three consecutive victories; their record stands at 15 wins and 6 losses.
JenZi's success was driven by their control of the bottom lane. In Game 1, Park Jae-hyeok («Ruler») used his champion Cogmo to neutralize Park Kang-jun («Faker»), who played Luxian. This advantage allowed the team to secure the Chemical Dragon and gain Baron buff, which proved decisive in map control. JenZi did not surrender a single tower to KT and secured a major victory in a mid-game team fight at the 28-minute mark, winning Game 1.
In Game 2, JenZi again demonstrated superiority in champion selection.
