Kim Daeho emphasized that the loss against Hanwha Life Esports was valuable experience. «We lost 0-2, which is unfortunate, but I believe we played a good game», he stated. He noted that facing such strong opposition helped the team gauge the professional atmosphere firsthand.
In the first set, Dplus KIA managed to capitalize on their bottom lane strength, but struggled with team coordination compared to Hanwha's early starts. «Our system didn't work as well as expected, and we made poor strategic choices», Kim Daeho explained.
The second set proved more challenging due to unfavorable ban-pick decisions. After Hanwha Life Esports picked Naphir, Dplus KIA's victory plan crumbled. «We just prayed for the best outcome», admitted Kim Daeho.
