Aurora becomes the first StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2026 finalist
Aurora has become the first team to qualify for the StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2026 grand final. They secured their spot after defeating Vitality in the upper bracket final.
The series went the distance, with Aurora winning 2:1. The maps played were Anubis (13:7), Inferno (11:13), and Nuke (13:8). Jimi "Jimpphat" Salo was named the player of the match, recording 53 kills, 34 deaths, and a 93 ADR.
Following the loss, Vitality dropped to the lower bracket, where they will face FURIA for the remaining spot in the grand final. The tournament concludes on September 20.
In the lower bracket, FURIA kept their tournament run alive by defeating MOUZ 2:1 (Cache 8:13, Mirage 19:16, Nuke 6:13). Kaike "KSCERATO" Cerato led the series with a 7.3 rating. MIBR, who were eliminated after a 0:2 loss to FURIA (Mirage 13:8, Nuke 13:11), will not advance further. Mareks "YEKINDAR" Gaļinskis was the standout performer in the match against MIBR.

NRG exits the tournament in 5th–6th place, taking home $10,000. Their only victory during the event was a surprise win over MOUZ, followed by a 0:2 defeat to MIBR (Cache 7:13, Inferno 2:13).
StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2026 is taking place in Barcelona, Spain, from September 17 to 20. Eight teams are competing for a $500,000 prize pool, with $100,000 awarded to the winning roster and $100,000 to the organization.
