Despite MOUZ winning the previous encounter at BLAST Bounty Season 2, Spirit dominated the map wins in this final. xertioN reflected on the series, noting that his team struggled with mental focus during key moments. He specifically pointed to choking on important rounds on the T-side of Dust2 and losing crucial rounds on the CT-side, admitting that the team was mentally checked out for too long and allowed Spirit to run over them in several instances.

When asked if the short time together as a roster was a factor in the loss, xertioN acknowledged the challenge of being a new team but emphasized the hard work put in. He stated that Spirit showed up better and performed at a higher level, reinforcing his opinion that they are the best team in the world at the moment. He expressed pride in the recent performance of MOUZ despite the defeat.

xertioN also discussed his role as the in-game leader (IGL). He explained that while he may not be as outwardly charismatic as others, he feels more comfortable leading the team on stage and engaging with the crowd. He described his approach as leading by example, noting that his increased confidence comes from growing accustomed to the role rather than from a forced change in personality.

Looking ahead, xertioN viewed the loss as a source of motivation to improve. He highlighted that this was the first time the young lineup played together on such a large stage, making the final a valuable experience. The team aims to use this result to get even better and defeat Spirit in their next meeting.
