Vitality Center in Paris Looted Amid Riots
The V.Hive esports center in Paris, owned by the Vitality organization, was damaged during street riots. Video footage shows a shattered storefront, furniture being removed, and gaming chairs being set on fire.
Footage captured at the scene shows the shattered glass of the entrance, which bears the sign "Home of Vitality Fans." Individuals were seen carrying furniture through the broken storefront, and a pile of items was set ablaze on the street. One video specifically shows a person throwing gaming chairs into the fire.
In addition to the property damage, there are reports regarding the team's hardware and awards. NaRT reported the alleged theft of a Vitality trophy from StarLadder StarSeries during the looting. While co-founder Fabien "Neo" Devide addressed the incident, his statement did not specify the current status of the trophy.
Located in central Paris, V.Hive serves as a hub for the organization, combining offices, a gaming center, a café, a shop, and a training area. Neo described the venue as a realization of a childhood dream, intended to provide an accessible space for gaming and community gatherings.
