Rumors: Nigma Galaxy plan to disband Dota 2 roster
Nigma Galaxy is reportedly planning to disband its current Dota 2 roster following a mid-tier finish at The International 2026.
The organization reached the upper bracket of the major event, where they secured a victory against Team Falcons. However, their run ended after a loss to Team Yandex, dropping them into the lower bracket. Ultimately, BetBoom Team eliminated Nigma Galaxy, resulting in a final placement of 5th–6th.
The report from OFFSTAGE does not specify whether the organization intends to build a new lineup or where the current players could continue their careers. The official announcement has not yet been made at the time of publication.
The rumored squad included Syed Sumail "SumaiL" Hassan, Artem "lorenof" Melnik, Cedric "Davai" Deckmyn, Omar "OmaR" Moughrabi, Maroun "GH" Merhej, and inactive player Amer "Miracle-" Al-Barkawi. The coaching staff included Kuro "KuroKy" Salehi Takhasomi.
