Rumor: Sentinels to Sign brawk
Sentinels are reportedly preparing to sign Brock "brawk" Somerholder for the VCT 2027 season.
Sentinels are preparing to restructure their roster, with reports from Lion Esports suggesting the team will sign Brock "brawk" Somerholder from NRG for the VCT 2027 season.
The American player is expected to take on the initiator role in the revamped lineup. brawk joined NRG in February 2025 and played a key role in their VALORANT Champions 2025 victory in Paris, where they defeated Fnatic 3:2 in the grand final. He also earned the MVP award for his performance during the championship.
This roster overhaul follows a difficult season for Sentinels, as the team failed to qualify for any international VCT tournaments, ending their campaign in the Play-In stage of VCT 2026: Americas Stage 2.
Sentinels' next major appearance is scheduled for Red Bull Home Ground 2026, taking place from December 10 to 13 in Los Angeles. The tournament features ten teams competing for a $100,000 prize pool.
