Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL 8KHz Sentinels Edition
Razer has announced the Huntsman V3 Pro Tenkeyless 8KHz Sentinels Edition, a co-branded mechanical keyboard developed in partnership with the esports organization Sentinels. The device is the second hardware release from the collaboration and features a red anodized aluminum top plate paired with black doubleshot PBT keycaps, reflecting the team's red-and-black visual identity. Under the hood, it retains the core specifications of the standard Huntsman V3 Pro Tenkeyless 8KHz, including Razer Analog Optical Switches Gen-2 and 8000 Hz polling.
The announcement positions the keyboard as a dedicated piece of hardware for the Sentinels fan community, often referred to as "SEN City." Jeffrey Chau, Global Esports Director at Razer, stated that the partnership aims to bring the speed and precision trusted by professional players to fans who want to represent the team. Rob Moore, CEO of Sentinels, added that the product is designed to connect with the community beyond the competition stage, offering a way to display team identity on a personal battle station.
Technical Specifications
As a variant of the existing Huntsman V3 Pro Tenkeyless 8KHz line, the Sentinels Edition shares the same underlying hardware platform. The primary technical features include:

- Razer Analog Optical Switches Gen-2: These switches provide analog input detection, allowing for adjustable actuation points.
- 8000 Hz HyperPolling: The keyboard supports a polling rate of 8000 Hz, which Razer describes as providing near-zero latency responsiveness.
- Rapid Trigger Mode: A feature designed for ultra-fast repeated inputs, typically used in competitive shooters for quick directional changes.
- Advanced Input Controls: Includes Razer Snap Flex, Razer Snap Tap, Dual-Keypress Priority, and Dynamic Keystroke, which are software-driven features for movement and input control.
- Web and Onboard Adjustments: Users can access settings and profiles via Razer Synapse Web or through quick onboard buttons without installing desktop software.
- Tenkeyless Form Factor: The layout omits the numeric keypad to save desk space, a common preference in competitive gaming setups.
The physical design distinguishes this edition from the standard model. The top plate is made of red anodized aluminum, while the keycaps are black doubleshot PBT. This combination is intended to match the Sentinels branding. The source material does not provide a price, release date, or specific regional availability for this edition, noting only that it is an exclusive design celebrating the organization's competitive legacy.
Launch Event
To mark the launch, Sentinels and Razer will host a VALORANT team meet-and-greet at RazerStore San Diego on September 13. The event is scheduled from 2 to 4 PM PST and will feature 1v1 showmatches, giveaways, and exclusive rewards for attendees. Fans can meet the players in person during this session.

This release continues Razer's strategy of creating team-specific editions of its flagship esports peripherals. Previous collaborations have included editions for other professional organizations, but this is the second dedicated hardware release specifically for Sentinels. The keyboard is marketed as a tool for both competitive play and fan engagement, bridging the gap between professional-grade performance and community identity.
