Queen's Blade Re:Build to launch on Switch and mobile on October 8
Hobby Japan has officially announced that the deck-building roguelite Queen's Blade Re:Build will launch on Nintendo Switch and mobile via viviON GAMES on October 8, 2026. Following its release on Steam, the title is now heading to consoles and smartphones.
Queen's Blade Re:Build is a card-based roguelite inspired by the Queen's Blade series. Players must build decks using various cards and items to challenge rivals and strive for the throne. A standout mechanic is the Armor Break system, where destroying an opponent's armor allows for massive direct damage to their HP, accompanied by special animations and voice lines.
The game features several core gameplay elements:
- Character Variety: Players can master three distinct fighters, each featuring unique combat styles and card pools.
- Procedural Progression: Every run offers a randomized path through various choices, events, and card rewards.
- Flexible Combat: While battles primarily unfold in real-time, a turn-based mode is also available for players.
- Endless Content: The game includes an endless mode for advanced players and a gallery containing over 90 classic illustrations from the franchise's history.
The release for Nintendo Switch and viviON GAMES is set for October 8, 2026. To celebrate the launch, Hobby Japan will offer a 20% discount, making the game available for 3,520 yen until October 15, 2026.
