Nemiga secured the sole qualification slot from the European qualifier for PGL Masters Bucharest 2026 after a dominant performance in the grand final.
Nemiga sweeps B8 in the grand final
Nemiga closed out the series with a 3:0 victory over B8, leaving no room for a comeback. The team took the first map, Cache, with a 13:10 scoreline, followed by a 13:6 win on Mirage. On the decider, Ancient, Nemiga showed composure in a tight contest, winning 19:17 to secure their spot in Bucharest.
Aleksandr "KaiR0N-" Anashkin was the standout performer of the match, finishing with 62 kills and a team-high 90 ADR. Among the B8 roster, only Artem "kensizor" Kapran managed a positive K/D, recording 59 kills. While B8 fought hard, the second-place finish meant they missed out on the main stage entirely.
PGL Masters Bucharest 2026 details
Nemiga will head to Romania for the offline stage of the tournament, which runs from October 24 to 31. Sixteen teams will compete for a total prize pool of $1.25 million, with $625,000 designated for the players and $625,000 for the organizations.
