MONTECH Unveils CyberFlow Core AIO Series with VRM Fan
MONTECH has introduced the CyberFlow Core series of All-in-One liquid coolers (AIO). The standout feature of this lineup is the inclusion of a dedicated VRM fan on the pump block, designed to provide active airflow to the motherboard's voltage regulator modules during heavy workloads.
The CyberFlow Core series is available in two sizes: 240mm and 360mm. The units come in both black and white color options, accented with gold details. The lineup consists of two primary models: the CyberFlow Core 240 and the CyberFlow Core 360.
Enhanced Hydraulic Performance
The CyberFlow Core 360 features significant upgrades over the previous HyperFlow series. It utilizes a high-speed pump reaching 3,500 RPM, delivering a liquid flow rate of 1,760 mL/min—an 85.3% increase. Additionally, the cold plate has been enlarged by 25.9%, with the micro-channel area expanded by 31.9% and featuring 192 fins to improve heat transfer efficiency.

The cooling is driven by 25mm thick E25 PWM 120mm case fans. These fans operate between 500 and 2,700 RPM, providing a maximum airflow of 92.37 CFM and a static pressure of 7.24 mmH2O, with a maximum noise level of 36.2 dBA.

VRM Cooling and Compatibility
A notable technical addition is found in the CyberFlow Core 240, which features a magnetic VRM fan on the pump head. Operating between 1,200 and 3,500 RPM, this fan is intended to assist in cooling the motherboard's VRM area to ensure stability during sustained high-load scenarios. The radiators have a thickness of 32mm and a fin pitch of 20 FPI.

The series supports Intel LGA1700 and LGA1851 sockets, as well as AMD AM4 and AM5. MONTECH provides a 6-year warranty for these products. The package also includes tube clips, a thank-you card, and anniversary stickers.
