Capcom has released a new trailer for the major expansion Ascendance for Monster Hunter Wilds, focusing specifically on the Charge Blade’s Boosted Actions.
The new footage, titled “Charge Blade Boosted Action Breakdown,” details three specific enhancements to the weapon’s mechanics. These include an earth-shattering elemental discharge, energy-enhanced sword blows, and instantaneous Phial charges.
Monster Hunter Wilds is currently available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam. A version for Switch 2 is currently in development.
The major expansion Ascendance is scheduled for release in 2027.
