LOUD Defeat NRG to Reach VCT 2026 Americas Stage 2 Grand Final
LOUD defeated NRG 3-2 in the lower bracket final of VCT 2026: Americas Stage 2, securing a spot in the grand final against 100 Thieves and a direct slot at VALORANT Champions 2026.
The series featured a dramatic swing on Abyss, where LOUD recovered from a 3:9 halftime deficit to close the map 13:10. They followed up with a 13:9 victory on Sunset. NRG responded by taking Summit 13:9 and Haven 13:5, forcing a deciding map.
LOUD controlled the final encounter on Lotus, closing it 13:3 to win the series. NRG finished third in the tournament but had already qualified for the world championship through Championship Points.
