Kojima Productions to release Ludens plastic model for 10th anniversary
To celebrate the 10th anniversary of Kojima Productions, Kotobukiya is releasing a scale model of the studio's iconic symbol, Ludens.
To mark the 10th anniversary of Kojima Productions, led by Hideo Kojima, the studio's symbol, Ludens, is getting a dedicated plastic model kit. The release celebrates a decade of the studio's operations.
The model is being produced by Kotobukiya under the full supervision of art director Yoji Shinkawa to ensure visual accuracy. The non-scale figure will stand approximately 190mm tall.
The kit comes with several specialized components:
Two flag options: black and clear green;
Four types of interchangeable hands;
Decals featuring the Kojima Productions logo and caution markings;
Two mask options: one with pre-printed eyes and one with sculpted details for custom painting.
Designed for builders, the model features 3mm holes at various joints, allowing it to be compatible with weaponry from the M.S.G, Frame Arms Girl, and Frame Arms series. The kit is scheduled for release in March 2027, with a retail price of 11,000 yen.
