Gurei Launches July 23 on PC, PS5, and Nintendo Switch

The Release

Gurei is a solo 2D action game structured around demanding boss encounters. Protagonist Rei defeats mystical Kami and takes their abilities.

Players choose the encounter order. Dynamic difficulty changes the strength of remaining Kami according to the route already completed.

What to Know

Lobo Sagaz Studio developed the game and Astrolabe Games publishes it. A Steam demo is also available.

Early reviews praise precise combat and route variety but report crashes on Nintendo Switch, making current update status worth checking before buying that version.
