GMKtec Unveils NucBox M6 Ultra with Ryzen 5 7640HS, 16GB RAM, and 512GB SSD
The "GMKtec" NucBox M6 Ultra series has expanded with a new model: the GMK-M6 ULTRA-16/512-W11Pro(7640HS). This version comes equipped with 16GB of memory and a 512GB SSD, powered by the AMD Ryzen 5 7640HS processor.
Technical Specifications and Expandability
The mini PC is built around the AMD Ryzen 5 7640HS mobile processor and ships with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed. The memory configuration consists of two 8GB DDR5 SO-DIMM modules, totaling 16GB. Since both slots are occupied out of the box, users will need to replace the existing modules to upgrade the system, which supports a maximum of 128GB of RAM.

Storage is handled by two M.2 2280 NVMe slots supporting the PCIe 4.0 interface, with a maximum capacity of 8TB. It is worth noting that the factory-installed SSD utilizes the PCIe 3.0 standard.
Connectivity and Ports
Despite its compact footprint (128.8 × 128 × 47.8 mm) and weight of approximately 502g, the device offers versatile connectivity. The front panel features two USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A ports, one USB4 port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The rear I/O includes one USB 2.0 port, one USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A port, HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.4, and dual 2.5G LAN ports. Wireless connectivity is provided via Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2.

The package includes an AC adapter, power cable, HDMI cable, VESA mount, and a screw set. The retail price for this model in Japan is set at ¥109,800.
