GIGABYTE has announced the WRX90 AI TOP, a high-end E-ATX motherboard specifically designed for workstation-class workloads. Built around the AMD WRX90 chipset, this board is engineered to support the latest Ryzen Threadripper PRO processors, offering massive memory capacity and extensive PCIe connectivity for AI and professional computing tasks.
The WRX90 AI TOP is designed to accommodate both the Ryzen Threadripper PRO 9000-WX and 7000-WX series CPUs via the Socket sTR5 interface. To handle the intense data demands of modern professional environments, the board features eight DDR5 RDIMM/RDIMM-3DS slots, allowing for a total system memory capacity of up to 2TB. Notably, GIGABYTE has included the 'DDR Wind Blade XTREME Duo' active cooling fan to help maintain stable temperatures across these high-capacity memory modules.

Power delivery is a priority for this workstation board, which utilizes a 32+3+3+3 phase digital power design to ensure stability under heavy loads.
