Ex-SportsBetExpert roster seeks new organization
The former SportsBetExpert roster has confirmed they are staying together and are actively searching for a new organization. The news was shared by Ian "motm" Hardy in an interview with Dust2.us.
The move comes less than two weeks after the team was dropped by SportsBetExpert. Owner Peter "PETE187" Anadio decided to shut down the project on October 18th following the team's failure to qualify for the PGL Major Singapore.
Operating as free agents under the temporary name Ludens Gecko, the squad has maintained strong momentum. While they have yet to record matches on HLTV, they hold a 6-0 record in ESEA Advanced Season 59 and are currently ranked 5th in North America according to the unofficial VRS ranking for Counter-Strike 2.
Ludens Gecko is scheduled to return to competition at Austin LAN, taking place from November 13 to November 15. The current roster consists of:
- Jaxon "Peeping" Cornwell
- Kevin "consti" Yi
- Gage "Infinite" Green
- Shane "shane" Dressler
- Ian "motm" Hardy
- Brennan "Aureo" O'Connell (Coach)
