AYN Odin 3 Portal gaming handheld announced
AYN has officially announced its new gaming handheld, the Odin 3 Portal. While a promotional image has been released, the company has not yet provided any official hardware specifications.
Design and potential specifications
Based on the promotional imagery, the Odin 3 Portal appears to retain a design language similar to its predecessor, the Odin 2 Portal. However, without official confirmation regarding dimensions or display size, it remains unclear whether the device will utilize the same chassis or screen technology.

To provide context, the Odin 2 Portal features a 7-inch 1080p AMOLED display, a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, an 8,000mAh battery, and runs on Android 13. It also includes Hall effect analog sticks.
The standard Odin 3 model offers a possible hint at the hardware direction: it is listed with a Qualcomm Dragonwing Q8 chipset, a 6-inch 120Hz AMOLED display, and Android 15. While pairing the Portal with the same processor would align with previous product strategies, this remains speculative until AYN provides official details.
What remains unknown
At this stage, AYN has not disclosed information regarding:

- The official retail price;
- Pre-order dates and shipping schedules;
- RAM and storage configurations;
- Final technical specifications.
Until further official documentation is released, any claims regarding the specific chipset or memory capacity should be treated as speculation based on existing product lineups.
