ALGS Split 2 Playoffs in Las Vegas: Format and Details
ALGS Split 2 Playoffs is heading to Las Vegas. From October 29 to November 1, 40 of the best Apex Legends teams will compete at the Orleans Arena for a share of the $2 million prize pool, the trophy, and a spot at Champs.
The tournament will follow a proven format: a Group Stage, a Double-Elimination Bracket, and the Match Point Finals on Sunday. Teams, seeded into 10-team groups based on Championship Points, will play a six-match series on Thursday and Friday. The top 20 finishers will move to the Winners Bracket, while the bottom 20 will face the Lower Bracket during Saturday's Elimination stage.
The Sunday Match Point finals require teams to reach the 50-point threshold to become Match Point Eligible. Once eligible, they must win an additional match to secure the championship.
Schedule and Broadcast
The action spans four days. Fans can watch the official broadcast on Twitch and YouTube or use ALGS Multiview to follow the real-time POV of any of the 20 competing teams.
Special Events and Showmatch
Before the Match Point Finals on Sunday, a special showmatch will feature NiceWigg and Greek facing off. The event also includes developer Q&A sessions at the 'Ask a Dev' booth and Halloween-themed activities for attendees.
