Umar returns to Overtake Sector
Umar "Umar" Qaiser has officially confirmed his return to Overtake Sector. The player is rejoining the roster he stepped away from on September 29th after a brief hiatus.
The return is driven by changes in Umar's work schedule, which now allows him to commit more time to Counter-Strike 2. Following these changes, Overtake Sector offered him a new contract, enabling a seamless reintegration with his former teammates. Before the official announcement, Umar had already been spotted competing with the team during CROSSFIRE Season 6 and the third ESL Challenger League Season 52.
The move caused some logistical complications for other teams. Umar had reportedly agreed to play for FarmVille during the ESL Challenger League Season 52 Cup, but his sudden return to Overtake Sector forced FarmVille to forfeit their match against them before eventually fielding Bishrel "N2o" Tamir as a stand-in.
The current Overtake Sector roster consists of Israel "LEARSI" Vargas, Jason "Jason" Garcia, Fern "intra" Hak, Augustin "corim" Morales, Umar "Umar" Qaiser, and coach Justin "juhst" Miller.
