EMPIRE parts ways with Nexity
French coach Jeremy "Nexity" Bardy has left EMPIRE. The specialist confirmed his departure to Dust2.us, following a decision by the organization.
Nexity's tenure with the organization lasted eight months. His connection to the current roster core dates back to November 2025, when the players competed under the name MAZRAEA. According to Nexity, the CEO of EMPIRE made the decision to cut him due to underwhelming team results despite multiple roster changes. Nexity expressed disagreement with the move, noting that the new lineup has only played three matches so far.
The coach's final event with the team was the ESL Challenger League Season 52 Cup, where EMPIRE secured a top-six finish. The team ended the tournament with a 1-2 record, including a victory over Desi Boyz and losses to DETONATE and regain.
The remaining EMPIRE roster consists of:
- Nicolas "C0C0" Nassoura
- Kaan "BAGEL" Demircan
- Colby "Walco" Walsh
- Kamron "kmrn" Manii
- Anthony "ayaneuu" Scheuer
