Team Falcons Disbands Dota 2 Roster
Team Falcons has officially disbanded its Dota 2 roster, concluding a nearly three-year run in the discipline. The organization stated that the decision follows a strategic review of its esports plans for 2026 and beyond, with resources being redirected toward other projects. Support will be provided to the players, coaches, and staff during the transition.
The five-player lineup was formed in November 2023 and remained unchanged until September 2026. The roster consisted of Oliver "skiter" Lepko, Stanislav "Malr1ne" Potorak, Ammar "ATF" Al-Assaf, Andreas "Cr1t-" Nielsen, and Jingjun "Sneyking" Wu. Kurtis "Aui_2000" Ling served as Head Coach from January 2024 through the final seasons.
This longevity resulted in a professional record. During ESL One Birmingham 2026, the team surpassed the previous Alliance record of 688 maps played by the same five-player lineup, achieving the milestone without a single player change since the roster's formation.
The organization's primary achievement came at The International 2025, where they defeated Xtreme Gaming 3:2 in the grand final to claim the first Aegis of Champions in the organization's history. Other major titles include first-place finishes at FISSURE PLAYGROUND 2, FISSURE Universe: Episode 6, DreamLeague Season 24, Dacha Belgrade 2024, DreamLeague Season 23, ESL One Birmingham 2024, DreamLeague Season 22, and Dacha Dubai 2024. The team also placed second at the Esports World Cup 2025, third at Riyadh Masters 2024, and fourth at The International 2024.
The final tournament for the roster was The International 2026, where they finished 7th–8th after losses to Nigma Galaxy and Team Liquid in the playoffs. Following the tournament, Aui_2000 stated that he had no plans to continue a professional career in Dota 2.
