T1 defeat DK 3-1 to reach LCK Playoffs loser's final
T1 defeated Dplus KIA 3-1 in the second round of the LCK Playoffs losers bracket, securing a spot in the losers bracket final against Hanwha Life Esports.
The match took place on September 6 at the LCK Arena in Seoul. After trading wins in the first two games, T1 closed out the series with consecutive victories in games three and four.
In the third game, T1 established dominance through mid-game skirmishes and a decisive bottom lane fight at the 20-minute mark. Faker recorded three kills with Rakan, helping the team secure the Wind Dragon and Baron Nashor. They finished the game by destroying the enemy base with the support of the Ocean Dragon Soul.
During the fourth game, Dplus KIA took an early lead after winning a bottom jungle skirmish at 18 minutes. However, T1 turned the tide in the 26-minute Herald fight, where Oner secured two kills with Napi. Following a decisive victory in the Fire Dragon fight, T1 pushed into the enemy base to end the series.
T1 will now face Hanwha Life Esports in the losers bracket final on September 12 at the KSPO Dome, competing for a place in the championship match.
