Razer Naga V3 Pro Gaming Mouse Launches with 3 Side Plate Options

The Naga V3 Pro is built around the third-generation Focus Pro 50K optical sensor, which offers a maximum resolution of 50,000 DPI. Connectivity options include Razer HyperSpeed Wireless, Bluetooth, and a wired USB connection, providing users with flexible pairing methods for different setups.

The primary design feature is the inclusion of three magnetic side plates that allow for tool-less customization. The 12-button plate is intended for MMOs, the 6-button plate targets MOBA and battle royale titles, and the 2-button plate is suited for FPS games or daily use. This modular approach allows players to adjust the button layout to match the specific requirements of their current game without needing additional tools.

Addressing feedback from the previous generation, the Naga V3 Pro reintroduces the pinky button, which was removed from the Naga V2 Pro due to reports of accidental clicks. This time, the button is equipped with a locking mechanism to prevent unintended inputs. Additionally, two quick-access edge buttons are located next to the left click, allowing for on-the-fly DPI adjustments.

The mouse utilizes fourth-generation optical mouse switches, which Razer states are rated for over 100 million clicks. The scroll wheel is the HyperScroll Tilt Wheel Gen-2, offering more granular control over scrolling operations. These settings can be adjusted through Razer Synapse.

In terms of physical specifications, the mouse measures 119.5 x 75.5 x 43.5 mm and weighs 117 g, excluding the cable and dongle. The weight of the side plates varies by configuration: 20 g for the 12-button plate, 17 g for the 6-button plate, and 15 g for the 2-button plate. Battery life reaches up to 155 hours when using HyperSpeed Wireless and up to 280 hours in Bluetooth mode. The device also supports wireless charging via HyperFlux V2 or the Mouse Dock Pro.
