Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Sees Player Count Drop in August 2026
Active user numbers on Google Play and App Store fell by 10.1% compared to July. Analytics services track a decline in audience following the year's peak figures from the first half.
In August 2026, the number of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang players on Google Play and App Store decreased. According to analytics data, the game lost approximately 4.6 million users on Google Play and around 483,000 on the App Store compared to July.
Total audience on Google Play reached about 41.4 million, marking a 10.1% drop from the previous month. The App Store segment also recorded a decline of 10.1%, with the player count falling to 4.3 million.
Yearly Audience Dynamics
The entire year of 2026 was characterized by fluctuating dynamics. In January, the game reached one of its peaks: Google Play hosted 54.8 million players, while App Store had 5.7 million. A significant rise occurred in March as well, with figures approaching these levels again (54.7 million and 5.7 million respectively).
Following a dip in April, the audience began to recover: player numbers increased in May and June. However, the trend reversed again in July and August, leading to new yearly lows.
