MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls Year 1 DLC Roster Revealed
Arc System Works has unveiled the full Year 1 DLC roster for MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls. The upcoming content includes four new fighters and a specialized stage.
The rollout begins on November 2 with the arrival of Phoenix Cyclops, who will launch alongside Classic and Legacy costumes. The schedule continues with Thor (Jane Foster) in winter 2027, followed by Venom and a Klyntar stage in spring 2027. The Year 1 cycle will conclude with Jubilee, expected in summer 2027.
Players can purchase these additions through the Year One Characters & Stage Pass or as individual DLC. The announcement also featured artwork by artist Peach Momoko.
Producer Takeshi Yamanaka explained that the decision to use the Phoenix version of Cyclops was driven by the narrative team's desire to provide players with fresh visuals and a more dynamic fighting style involving Dark Phoenix elements. Yamanaka noted that the character was held back from the base roster to ensure the team could refine his mechanics and deliver a truly unique experience as the game's first post-launch addition.
MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls is currently available on PS5 and PC.
