LCK CL Playoff Race Heats Up as Nongshim Secures Spot, T1 Hosts Home Event
The 2026 LCK Challenger League (LCK CL) has entered its final stretch. Nongshim RedForce clinched a playoff spot after winning the Kickoff Cup, but fierce competition for the remaining berths continues through the final two weeks of the regular season. The league concludes on August 21, followed by the Play-In stage starting August 24, where all matches will be held offline at the WDG Studio in Hongdae.
Final Week Schedule
The final round of the regular season kicks off on August 10. On Friday, DN Supers face KT Rolster at 5 PM, followed by a clash between Hanwha Life Esports and Gen.G Global Academy at 7 PM. Saturday's action begins at 5 PM with KIWOOM DRX versus BNK PeerEx, while the marquee matchup between Nongshim RedForce and Dplus KIA takes place at 7 PM.
T1 Hosts Home Matches
In parallel with the main league, the LCK Team Roadshow 2026 T1 Homeground begins on August 14. Two matches are scheduled: T1 eSports Academy takes on Dplus KIA on August 14 at noon, followed by a showdown against DN Supers on August 16 at the same time. The event is organized by Riot Games Korea, overseen by the Korea Esports Association, and produced by WDG.
