KeSPA Concludes 18th Batch of University Leaders Program
The 18th batch of the KeSPA University Leaders program has officially concluded its seven-month term. Selected through a competitive process with a 15:1 ratio, the participants focused on on-site reporting and content creation across the esports landscape.
Over the course of 11 sessions, the group produced 114 pieces of content, ranging from articles and videos to news cards. Their coverage spanned KeSPA-organized events like KeG and KEL, as well as major global and domestic tournaments, including the LCK, Valorant Champions Tour (VCT), Overwatch Champions Series (OWCS), and MSI.
The program also provided professional development through journalism workshops and lectures from industry experts. Since its inception in 2014, the initiative has graduated 167 individuals who now hold positions in professional teams, game publishers, and broadcasting networks.
All nine members of the 18th batch received completion certificates. Top performers were awarded additional prizes, including a Sidiz Gaming GX chair and Logitech gaming keyboards. Furthermore, top graduates earned bonus points for future recruitment applications within KeSPA.
