GTA 6 Soundtrack: Album Release and Liquid Vinyl Edition
Rockstar Games is ramping up the hype for Grand Theft Auto VI. A dedicated soundtrack, Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, is set to release on November 19, coinciding with the game's launch. For collectors, the publisher is offering more than just digital files, including a unique liquid-filled vinyl edition.
Capturing the Energy of Vice City and Leonida
The upcoming album will feature 34 exclusive tracks designed to capture the "electric energy of Vice City and Leonida." To give fans a preview, Rockstar Games has already released the first six singles. The lineup includes tracks from Travis Scott, Yung Lean, Morgan Wallen, Rauw Alejandro, Keith Richards, and a collaborative track featuring PinkPantheress and Fred again...
On platforms like Spotify, a dedicated GTA 6 artist page has already been established. While the album will contain 34 exclusive songs, the public playlist currently boasts 72 tracks in total, including 66 additional songs that will be featured within the game world.
Pricing and Physical Editions
Rockstar is offering several ways to own the music:
- Digital: available via streaming services.
- CD: a standard disc containing all 34 tracks for 16.99 €.
- Vinyl: a two-LP set for 51.99 €.
- Limited Edition Vinyl: the premium option priced at 123.99 €. This version includes two transparent vinyl records filled with blue liquid, along with exclusive artwork and specialized packaging.
Notably, while the soundtrack is getting physical releases, Grand Theft Auto VI itself will be a digital-only release, with no physical copies of the game planned for retail.
