Free Play Days: Hell Let Loose: Vietnam and Sea of Thieves available for free
Free Play Days are here, featuring a massive military shooter and a pirate adventure. From September 17 to September 20, players can try Hell Let Loose: Vietnam and Sea of Thieves for free on Xbox and PC.
To play Hell Let Loose: Vietnam, an Xbox Game Pass membership (Ultimate, Premium, or Essential) is required. The game transports players to the jungles and mountain gorges of the Vietnam War, featuring helicopters, patrol boats, and historically accurate weaponry designed for intense team-based combat.
In addition, Sea of Thieves is available for free to all Xbox members, regardless of whether they have an active Game Pass subscription. This version, optimized for Xbox Series X|S, highlights Season 20 content, including the Custom Seas tools that allow players to create their own game modes and a revamped seasonal rewards structure.
Both titles support Xbox Play Anywhere. If you choose to purchase either game during the event, your progress, achievements, and Gamerscore will be preserved. Games can be installed via the Subscriptions tab in the Xbox Store or through their respective product pages in the Microsoft Store.
