Falcons and G2 Esports secure spots at BLAST R6 Major Osaka 2026
Falcons and G2 Esports have officially qualified for BLAST R6 Major Osaka 2026. Both teams opened the Europe MENA League 2026 — Stage 2 playoffs with victories, securing their places for the upcoming Rainbow Six Siege Major.
In their matchup against Geekay Esports, Falcons secured a 2-0 series sweep. The maps were closely contested, with a 7-4 scoreline on Main and a 7-5 result on Clubhouse. The win sends Geekay Esports to the lower bracket and moves Falcons into the upper bracket final and onto the Major roster.

Meanwhile, G2 Esports delivered a convincing 2-0 victory over Virtus.pro. They dominated Fortress with a 7-2 score and closed out Lair 7-4. Following the result, Virtus.pro drops to the lower bracket, while G2 Esports will face Falcons in the upper bracket final on October 12.

The BLAST R6 Major Osaka 2026 is scheduled to take place in Japan from November 6 to 15. The final matches will be held at ATC Hall in front of a live audience, featuring a $600,000 prize pool. Currently, the Europe MENA League is competing for four Major slots and a share of the $140,000 regional prize pool.
