Dplus KIA Head Coach Kim Dae-ho Praises Team Focus After LCK Playoff Win
Dplus KIA coach Kim Dae-ho ("Cimac") praised his players' intense focus after the team defeated KT Rolster 3-1 in the LCK Playoffs Loser Round 2, securing their spot at the 2026 League of Legends World Championship.
The match took place on September 4 at the LCK Arena in Seoul. With this victory, Dplus KIA advances to the Loser Round 3 to face T1. The result also marks the team's return to Worlds for the first time since 2024.
Discussing the series, Kim noted that the team effectively corrected the mistakes made in their previous match against BNK. He highlighted the players' exceptional form, describing their in-game immersion as so deep that they seemed unaware of their surroundings.
