The Danish professional shared the difficult decision on X, expressing deep gratitude for his career while emphasizing that his love for the game remains unchanged. He thanked teammates, opponents, and fans alike for their support throughout his journey.
Cr1t- began his pro career in 2012 and has earned over $3.8 million in prize money across 14 years of competition. Notably, he won The International 2025 with Team Falcons.
Following the tournament, Team Falcons announced they are disbanding their Dota 2 roster and have no immediate plans to build a new lineup. Cr1t- reflected on playing alongside legends from multiple generations before confirming he will soon return to streaming.
