Castlevania: Belmont's Curse demo arrives October 1
With October approaching, Evil Empire—the studio behind Dead Cells and Rogue Prince of Persia—has announced a playable demo for Castlevania: Belmont's Curse, arriving on October 1.
The demo will be available on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch. It features the entirety of the first chapter, and any progress made during the demo will carry over to the game's full release on October 14.
Regarding performance, the title aims for 60 FPS on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S, while the Nintendo Switch version is targeting 30 FPS.
Castlevania: Belmont's Curse is set to be the first of several upcoming Castlevania projects from Konami. While the publisher's long-term roadmap for the franchise remains undisclosed, the series has seen a renewed push following the popularity of the Netflix adaptation.
