BenQ Unveils ZOWIE XQ2566X Gaming Monitor Optimized for Battle Royale FPS
BenQ has expanded its ZOWIE brand lineup with the XQ2566X, a monitor explicitly designed for the battle royale genre in FPS games. The standout feature is the pairing of WQHD resolution (2560×1440 pixels) with a 360Hz refresh rate on a TN panel, theoretically offering sharp visibility over long distances and rapid response times.

The monitor utilizes Fast TN technology to ensure high pixel response speeds. To mitigate motion blur, ZOWIE has integrated DyAc 3, an updated version of its proprietary motion blur reduction algorithm, promising clear image retention during dynamic gameplay.

A key focus for the target audience is the inclusion of optimized presets for popular titles in the genre. The monitor comes with dedicated profiles for PUBG, Apex Legends, Fortnite, and Delta Force. Additionally, the device features ZOWIE Sync, allowing users to control screen settings via a dedicated mobile app and save configurations directly to their smartphone.

The technical specifications include three HDMI 2.1 ports and one DisplayPort 1.4 port. There are no built-in speakers, but a separate headphone jack is provided. The chassis measures approximately 576×372 mm (width × depth) and weighs around 6.9 kg. The recommended retail price is set at 164,800 yen.
