Bay 12: Mech Repair announced: A mecha maintenance simulator
Publisher Zugalu Entertainment has officially announced Bay 12: Mech Repair, a first-person simulation game focused on the maintenance of giant combat robots. The title is being developed by Crimson Herring Studios.
In Bay 12: Mech Repair, players take on the role of a mechanic tasked with inspecting and repairing massive machines. The gameplay involves identifying malfunctions and performing hands-on repairs, such as welding, grinding, and riveting, as well as dismantling and reassembling damaged components.

The announcement trailer showcases highly detailed environments, including cockpits and hangar bays where players can use cranes to install heavy parts. Earned credits can be used to upgrade tools and workshop equipment. Additionally, players can craft custom parts from scrap metal and restock spare parts, allowing them to take on increasingly larger and more complex repair jobs.

Bay 12: Mech Repair is scheduled for release in Q1 2028 on PC. The price has not yet been determined. The Steam store page indicates that the game will support nine languages, including Japanese.
