As of August 26, 2026, the developers have reiterated that stability and security are paramount. The team maintains a strict stance against using plugins, unauthorized apps, or intentionally collaborating with cheaters. Upon detecting any potential violation, the security team initiates immediate investigations.

The consequences for breaking these rules are severe and include ten-year account bans, device-level bans, IP bans, and public bulletins circulated both within and outside the game ecosystem. The studio has already implemented a real-time banning policy that scrutinizes suspicious accounts and historical data to ensure fair play.

During the period from August 10 to August 23, the security team took decisive action against thousands of offenders. A total of 63,288 players were compensated for their losses due to cheaters, with a combined Koen value of 72.24 billion confiscated. The penalties issued included 11,856 bans for cheating, 2,424 ten-year bans, and 1,036 device or IP bans.

In addition to banning cheaters, the team addressed bad behavior and griefing by issuing 144 separate penalties in each category. Furthermore, 4,345 accounts were banned for playing with hackers, and another 4,345 instances of Koen confiscation were recorded related to hacker activity. A total of 84,727 pieces of information were blocked to protect the integrity of the game environment.

The developers encourage all players to report rule-breakers using the in-game Report function or through their social media channels. They emphasized that creating a fair, equal, and enjoyable experience requires collective effort from the entire community. A list of specific accounts taken action against was published, though not in any particular order.
