AMD may hike Radeon GPU prices again in November
Reports from Chinese sources suggest AMD is planning another price increase for GPU and GDDR6 memory bundles this November.
Radeon users might face another round of price hikes. According to reports from the Chinese platform ChannelGate, AMD is reportedly planning to increase the prices of its GPU and GDDR6 memory bundles in November 2026.
The driver behind this move is the rising cost of GDDR6 memory, which saw price increases of 8% to 10% in Q3 2026. AMD is expected to pass these increased costs to its board partners, who will subsequently raise retail prices. This follows a pattern of price adjustments that has been ongoing since December 2025 due to worsening memory shortages.
Market Trends and Availability
The market volatility is becoming more pronounced. Data from Hardware Unboxed indicates that graphics card prices have grown by an average of 11% month-on-month across ten countries. The RX 9060 XT 16GB has been particularly hard hit, seeing a 17% price jump. Beyond rising costs, many regions, such as the UK, are also struggling with low stock availability for various models.
This trend is not exclusive to AMD. Intel's Arc B and Nvidia's GeForce RTX 50 series are also facing similar inflationary pressures and supply constraints. There are even reports suggesting that supply for Nvidia's RTX 5090 GPU and GDDR7 bundles may be impacted.
