Worlds 2026 Ticket Sales: Riot doubles down on Fan First Verification
For Worlds 2026 fans right now, the most important thing is not ticket pricing but the verification window that controls early access.
On the official LoL Esports site, Riot laid out the full Worlds 2026 Ticket Sales process and brought back Fan First Verification. Sign-ups opened on June 1 at 8:00 AM PDT and close on June 30 at 8:00 AM PDT.
How the presale works
If an account is verified, the buyer receives a one-time access code for the Ticketmaster sale page. Riot also says the Ticketmaster email must match the Riot account email, otherwise the purchase cannot be completed.
The dates that matter
Fan First presale begins on July 22 at 8:00 AM PDT, while general admission starts on July 24 at 8:00 AM PDT. Once a purchase window opens, buyers have 24 hours to complete the transaction.
Why it matters again
Riot is clearly trying to reduce bot pressure and prioritize real ecosystem accounts. It is not the loudest esports story of early June, but it is one of the most practically useful ones for the Worlds audience.
