Without a Roof debut at #29 in Americas VRS
Without a Roof have officially entered the Americas VRS rankings, debuting at #29 after completing their required five matches. The North American roster currently sits at #152 globally, a position that places them far from the direct qualification zone for the PGL Singapore Major.
The team secured their VRS eligibility through performances at FRAG Midwest: St. Louis and NSTLGA League Season 2 Stage 2. Their initial five-match record stands at 3-2, featuring victories over Wanted Goons and SportsBetExpert at the FRAG event, as well as a 13-6 win against regain in their NSTLGA opener. They suffered defeats to LAG and a rematch loss to SportsBetExpert during the same FRAG tournament.
The most significant contribution to their current standing came from the first playoff match at FRAG Midwest: St. Louis against SportsBetExpert. That single victory accounted for 146 of the team's total 811 VRS points, highlighting the high variance of their early ranking calculation.
While Without a Roof are not mathematically eliminated from the PGL Singapore Major race, the path forward requires an unrealistic combination of results from other teams and a sustained improvement in their own performance. Their primary advantage lies in their low number of VRS games, which allows for rapid ranking fluctuations. However, a more realistic long-term target for the roster appears to be the FiReMAJOR Buenos Aires 2027.
The team returns to action immediately with a double-header. They face Marsborne in the NSTLGA League at 07:30 PM, followed by a match against Celestial at 09:00 PM in the first PGL Masters Bucharest Open Qualifier.
