Wanted Goons parts ways with GKaay
Wanted Goons has parted ways with assistant coach Grant "GKaay" Kino. The player announced on X that the split was a mutual decision driven by different visions for the team's future direction.
While officially serving as an assistant coach, GKaay had been acting as the head coach following the departure of Ian "Fraq-KTR" Burr. He led the roster through CROSSFIRE Season 5, FRAG Midwest St. Louis, and the playoffs for both ESEA Advanced Season 58 and CROSSFIRE Season 6. During this period, the team's performance was limited, securing only five map wins according to HLTV statistics.
GKaay is now actively looking for a new team at the ECL or Advanced level in either North America or Europe. He expressed interest in joining an organization characterized by a growth mentality, strong teamwork, structure, and a solid work ethic. He also took a moment to thank the Wanted Goons organization for their support over the past few months.
