Vitality HQ looted: StarLadder trophy stolen during Paris riots
The Vitality headquarters, known as V.Hive, has been targeted by looting and vandalism amid the ongoing civil unrest in Paris. Among the stolen items is the team's recent StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2026 trophy.
The unrest in France, driven by protests over the cost of living, rising fuel prices, and student demonstrations, has resulted in widespread violence. In Paris's 3rd arrondissement, the V.Hive office suffered significant damage as rioters smashed windows and looted equipment, merchandise, and trophies. Social media footage shows protesters parading with the trophy recently won in Shanghai. It remains unclear whether other irreplaceable mementos or additional trophies were stolen or destroyed during the incident.
In response to the vandalism, Vitality CEO Fabien "Neo" Devide released a statement expressing his sadness over the destruction. While defending the fundamental right to peaceful protest, he emphasized that looting and destruction have no place in such struggles. "Tonight I am simply filled with sadness," Devide stated.
