Vitality crowned StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2026 Champions
Vitality have been crowned champions of StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2026 after defeating Aurora in the grand final. The series, played in a best-of-five format, concluded with a 3:1 victory for the French side.
The series opened on Anubis with a dominant 13:4 win for Vitality. Aurora fought back to take Inferno 13:11, but Vitality regained control on Mirage, winning 13:4. The deciding map, Cache, went to Vitality with a 13:7 scoreline.
Mathieu "ZywOo" Herbaut was named the Grand Final MVP, finishing the series with a 71-44 K/D and 95 ADR. Following the victory, ZywOo emphasized the team's resilience: "People were saying maybe we're done — this tournament showed we're still one of the best."
The tournament took place in Barcelona from September 17 to 20. Out of the $500,000 total prize pool, Vitality secured $100,000 for the organization, with an additional $100,000 distributed among the players. Aurora finished in second place, earning $65,000. Other top finishers included FURIA in third ($35,000) and MIBR in fourth ($20,000).
