ViewSonic VG2782Z-4K: New QD-OLED with 120 Hz, KVM, and 140W PD
ViewSonic has launched the VG2782Z-4K in the Chinese market. This 26.5-inch QD-OLED monitor is designed for professional and business environments, offering a high-resolution 4K display paired with advanced connectivity features for streamlined workflows.
Technical Specifications and Connectivity
The monitor features a 26.5-inch panel with 4K UHD resolution (3840 x 2160) and a 120 Hz refresh rate. The QD-OLED technology delivers a 1,500,000:1 contrast ratio and 10-bit color depth. Peak brightness reaches 1,000 cd/m² in HDR (at 3% APL) and 250 cd/m² in SDR (at 100% APL). It covers 99% of the DCI-P3 color gamut and boasts a 0.03 ms (GtG) response time.

A standout feature is the integrated USB-C docking station providing up to 140W Power Delivery, capable of charging laptops through a single cable. The device also includes a built-in KVM switch for controlling multiple devices with one set of peripherals, alongside PiP/PbP (Picture-in-Picture/Picture-by-Picture) modes. An RJ-45 port is also included for wired networking.
Interfaces and Ergonomics
Connectivity options include two HDMI 2.1 inputs, one DisplayPort 1.4, a USB hub (4x USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 and 1x USB-B), and a headphone jack. Notably, one USB-A port is dedicated to firmware updates. For smooth gaming or video playback, the monitor supports Adaptive Sync to prevent screen tearing.

The ergonomic stand allows for height adjustment (up to 130 mm), tilt, swivel, and pivot modes. It is also VESA compliant (100 x 100 mm). The package includes DisplayPort, HDMI, and USB-C cables.
While the monitor is currently available in China for approximately €700, ViewSonic has not yet confirmed a release date or availability for Western markets. The price is expected to sit just under $1,000 in those regions.
