VALORANT Masters London Swiss Stage opens June 6 with eight teams fighting for four playoff spots
Masters London reaches elimination pressure quickly, because Swiss leaves very little room to settle in.
In the official Valorant Esports explainer, Riot confirms that Masters London features 12 teams, but only eight of them begin in the Swiss Stage. That phase runs from June 6 to June 10, and only four teams move on to playoffs.
The confirmed field
Riot names Leviatán, G2 Esports, NRG, Paper Rex, FULL SENSE, Global Esports, Team Heretics, Team Vitality, FUT Esports, EDward Gaming, XLG Esports, and Dragon Ranger Gaming as the event representatives.
Why Swiss matters so much
The structure is unforgiving: win twice and you advance, lose twice and you are out. Every match in Swiss is a Bo3, so teams do not get much time to grow into the tournament.
What to watch on opening days
The current Valorant Esports schedule lists XLG Esports vs NRG and Team Vitality vs Dragon Ranger Gaming on June 6. June 7 then continues with FULL SENSE vs FUT Esports and Leviatán vs Global Esports.
