Talebound Demo in World of Warcraft: Details Revealed
Blizzard Entertainment has announced a demo for the Talebound content on the Player Test Realm (PTR). The demo will run from October 30 to November 1. Participation is free and does not require an active subscription.
The demo will feature the Red Hollow introduction, alongside three distinct tales: Darkhaven, Greenthistle Wood, and Greywake's Expedition. Players can choose from three difficulty settings: Normal, Veteran, and Heroic.
Three new classes will be playable during the test, all featuring core movement mechanics like double jumping, dodging, and guarding:
- Slayer — a martial combatant utilizing both swords and firearms.
- Inquisitor — a class focused on holy damage and fire-based abilities.
- Witch — a spell-driven class employing lightning, poison, and summons.
The narrative of Talebound centers on a mysterious Storyteller who draws travelers into dark chronicles within the Quillgrave region. Blizzard notes that this is a testing phase, and several talents are still being fine-tuned and may change based on player feedback.
