Sanrio Retro Vibes: New Pixel Art Flip Phone Keychains
Aeon Fantasy has announced the upcoming release of the second and third waves of its Sanrio Characters capsule toy series. The new keychains, featuring a retro flip phone design with pixel art, are set to launch on November 11, 2026.
The new collection features two distinct waves of capsule toys. The designs pay homage to the classic 'garakei' (flip phones) of the Heisei era, complete with adorable pixel art on the screens and buttons. Measuring approximately 7.5 cm when unfolded, these keychains are designed to be customizable, allowing collectors to attach their own charms or additional accessories.
The lineup consists of 10 different models split into two series of five characters each:
The release will take place starting November 11, 2026, via 'Capuebo'—Aeon Fantasy's proprietary cashless capsule toy machines. These machines support electronic and QR code payments, eliminating the need for physical coins. The items will be available at Moly Fantasy and PALO amusement facilities, as well as specialized locations like TOYS SPOT PALO and Capsule Yokocho. Each keychain is priced at 599 yen (tax included). Availability is limited and will continue only while supplies last.
