RRQ Tora defeated Selangor Red Giants 2:1 in MPL Malaysia Season 18, ending the league leaders' perfect start to the regular season. The victory marked RRQ Tora's first win of the tournament after five consecutive losses.
In the other match of the day, Team Flash swept AC Esports 2:0 to secure their second consecutive victory. This result improved Team Flash's record to 2–4 with six points, while AC Esports dropped to 1–5 with three points.
